STRANDBADEN SVANSHALL INTRESSENTER AB (SSI) today announced the successful completion of the offer for all shares of common stock of THE PERIMETER PROTECTION GROUP AB (TPPG) from PROCURITAS CAPITAL INVESTORS IV LP A.

The market potential for TPPG is growing fast due to the increasing demand to physically protect buildings, land, assets and people. We supply a large range of traditional fence and gates in Europe, and have recently installed High-Security protection solutions for embassies, airports, Government buildings and power plants all over the world”, says TPPG CEO Bengt Pihl.

We now enter into a more stable situation, where we can invest, grow and deliver beyond our customers’ expectations.”
